The American Jobs Plan is a necessary step that the Biden Administration has taken toward restoring the American environment and economy. The plan helps to ensure an atmospherically sustainable future by allocating subsidies for future sustainable energy developments such as wind and solar as well as hydro-power. It also ensures short-term efforts by retro-fitting buildings with more energy efficient technologies for mechanisms such as heating and cooling. This decrease in greenhouse gas emissions is also being brought to the transportation industry via modernization of transportation infrastructure. Specifically, the installation of EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers in order to make more roads more EV accessible, as it is expected that EV usage will become more widespread. The installation of all these changes will not only improve the atmosphere, but will also improve the American economy by helping to further the renewable energy industry, the EV industry, and also just creating more jobs through the creation of infrastructure projects.
